PLUTOS GROUP · GOVERNANCE

Programme Terms, Privacy & Independent Operator Policy

Effective 15 September 2026 · Applies to MLM members and Leaders, Distributor Plus, Distributors, Certified Stockists, Certified Runners and users of Plutos digital services.

Important

This policy explains what Plutos Group controls, what independent programme participants control, how personal information is used, and how complaints or misconduct are handled.

Purpose and scope

These terms govern access to Plutos Group accounts, applications, orders, payments, programme benefits and support channels. Programme-specific rules shown at checkout or inside an account form part of these terms.

1. Accounts, identity and security

Each person must use accurate personal details and may not create ghost, duplicate or misleading accounts. One mobile number and one email address may be restricted to one account within a programme.

Login details and verification codes are private. Members must change temporary passwords, protect their devices and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

Plutos Group may request identity, payment, address or business verification and may restrict access while verification is pending.

2. Privacy and personal information

Plutos Group processes identity, contact, sponsor, order, payment, banking, support, delivery and programme-performance information to register accounts, deliver services, administer commissions, prevent fraud, communicate and meet legal obligations.

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with payment providers, couriers, approved Stockists or Runners selected for fulfilment, service providers, regulators or law-enforcement authorities. Access is limited according to role.

Information is retained only for operational, contractual, security and legal purposes. A person may request access or correction and may raise a privacy concern through Plutos Support. Processing remains subject to POPIA and applicable South African law.

3. Orders, payments, refunds and delivery

Online orders are treated as paid only after the payment provider confirms the transaction. EFT and bank-deposit orders remain pending until proof and funds are verified by authorised staff.

Order, stock, delivery and collection times are estimates unless expressly confirmed. Refunds, returns and consumer remedies are handled under applicable law and the relevant product or order conditions.

Never pay an MLM Leader, Runner, Stockist or Distributor unless the checkout or official Plutos communication clearly identifies that person as the authorised recipient for that transaction. Keep receipts and references.

4. MLM membership and Leaders

MLM members and Leaders are independent participants, not employees, agents or partners authorised to bind Plutos Group. They may explain approved information but may not promise guaranteed income, make unauthorised product claims or collect money outside approved processes.

Commissions, bonuses, ranks, maintenance and access depend on verified qualifying transactions and current programme rules. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on lawful personal effort, customer activity and compliance.

Ghost accounts, duplicated identities, combined funds used to manipulate rank, false sponsorship, payment manipulation and misleading recruitment are prohibited. Plutos may reverse affected benefits, suspend access, investigate or close accounts after review.

5. Distributor and Distributor Plus

Distributors operate independently when reselling products and are responsible for lawful advertising, customer communication, records, tax and business compliance.

Product points and programme wallets are governed by their displayed rules. Points are not cash, are not withdrawable and may be applied only to eligible product purchases unless Plutos states otherwise.

Distributors may not alter official labels, make medical guarantees, impersonate Plutos staff or represent their independent business debts and obligations as Plutos Group liabilities.

6. Certified Stockists

A Stockist is an independently operated business endorsed as a collection point while its status is Active. Approval does not make the Stockist a branch, employee or legal agent of Plutos Group.

The Stockist collection fee is R50 per Starter Pack order when that option is selected. Stockist programme inventory, issue confirmation and availability apply to Starter Packs; other independent retail stock is outside the automated Stockist programme.

Each Stockist is responsible for its own CIPC, SARS, tax, licensing, accounting, banking, premises, staff and other regulatory obligations. Plutos Group’s registrations and compliance do not transfer to the Stockist.

Plutos may investigate complaints and mark a Stockist Non-Active, preventing new selection. This internal action does not make Plutos responsible for the Stockist’s independent debts, taxes, promises, private transactions or misconduct.

7. Certified Runners

Runner participation does not replace MLM or Distributor Plus membership responsibilities. Runner activity follows current monthly maintenance in any MLM or Distributor Plus membership linked by the same account email. Maintaining either programme maintains Runner Status; the other membership remains subject to its own requirements. Each new month starts with no maintenance carried forward. Inactive Runners are shown in red and cannot be selected for new checkout orders. Use your own active Runner code in the linked membership store for an extra 5% product discount. Qualifying paid products maintain that membership only.

A Runner is an independent collection and delivery provider, not a Plutos employee or agent. Active status means the Runner is currently eligible for selection; it is not a guarantee of every act or service.

The Runner and member must agree directly on the delivery fee, timing, location and handover. Plutos does not set, collect or guarantee private Runner fees unless a specific charge is shown as a Plutos-managed checkout item.

Runners must safeguard products, use accurate collection confirmation, respect customer information and never mark an order collected before physical collection. Plutos may investigate and make a Runner Non-Active, preventing further selection.

8. Responsibility and liability boundary

Plutos Group is responsible for funds it receives through official channels and for services it directly controls, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Independent MLM Leaders, Distributors, Stockists and Runners remain responsible for their own statements, charges, handling, business decisions and unlawful conduct. Complaints may be investigated internally, but internal regulation or endorsement does not automatically transfer an independent operator’s liability to Plutos Group.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and privacy rights. Any limitation applies only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Complaints, status and enforcement

Report suspected fraud, non-delivery, harassment, false claims, privacy misuse or unauthorised payment requests through official Plutos Support with the account, order and payment references.

Plutos may place an account Under Review, suspend selection, mark it Non-Active, hold disputed benefits, request evidence, correct records or terminate participation where rules are breached. Affected persons may provide relevant information during review.

10. Acceptance and policy changes

Submitting an application, creating an account, placing an order or continuing to use a programme after notice means the user accepts the policy applicable to that activity.

Plutos may update these terms for legal, security or operational reasons. Material changes will be dated and communicated through the website, account notifications or official support channels.

Contact and official references

Use the official Plutos Support channel for account, order, payment, programme or privacy enquiries. Keep your case and order references.

This policy is designed to operate alongside South Africa’s consumer and privacy framework. See the Consumer Protection Act information from the DTIC and the Information Regulator.
